This update might be very late if you were to compare it in reality. Its about the o lvl result. It was released last thursday and i was flabber-gasted that my batch of sec 4(2007) did not fared that well as compared to the previous batch. How saddening it can be. Most of them got an average of between the range of 20 and above. Pathetic i know. However, this is the retribution that you got for those smart asses especially those who barely made it to express stream when they entered sec 1. They think that they are superior than those in n.a and thus look down on them. They also think that they are safe once they land on the express stream. Crap. However, there were a handful of students who did very well. Thumbs up for all of you. I guessed i made the right choice by going up to the hall and witnessed the bitterness and happiness to both who did well and likewise.

In my opinion, it serves as a wake up call for me to study even harder and at a faster pace than the rate at which i did for my n lvl. Of course with the recent tabloid about the media reporting that sec 5 NA students will not perform well for their o lvl, this makes me even angrier and i feel that i should prove them wrong. Screw the media! Moron! This will not blatantly bring my mood down. In fact, i just feel like throwing a punch on the writer. Whoever you are, keep the comments to yourself alright.

I got to admit that people like me who are in the n.a stream are not born smart or perhaps we did not take education seriously as now as back then in primary school while sitting for the PSLE. One will always learnt from one's mistake and from there, they try to improve. In fact, im happy to be in n.a although outsiders have this perception that we are not going elsewhere and is considered as the 50-50 group category. Its neither here nor there. In simple words, its either you make it to sec 5 or you don't. Since i've made it to sec 5, i will use this year wisely and plan out the things that i should do to have a good preparation for the 'doughnut' exam and not let this 1 year be a waste.

So to all students in 5A & 5B, chiong all the way! We will make it to the summit if we believe in ourselves.

Many said i am smart/intelligent but i never groom myself to become one. Should i do that from now on and let them see the true colours? We shall wait and see.

This year is a challenging year for me as there are a few events lining up for me. I got to juggle my time well among studies, silat and shooting. There'll be a competition for silat at the end of the year and shooting competition coming up next month onwards till july. what the ...

in my family, im considered the black sheep among the first 3 siblings as the other 2 are express and i, normal academic stream. Im fine with that as i need a longer time to grasp whatever info that the teacher teach me.

The message that i want to put across to everyone is that in life, always stay humble as there are people out there who are far better smart in one way or another than you. Be humble and learn what you can from those of high status than you. Only then you will succeed in life.
